Please bring a covered dish, the Troubadour wil provide all of the meats. Everything will be free except for the drinks.

Bring an item that can be auctioned and encourage your friends to come & help us collect items from local businesses.  Items may be delivered to the Troubadour in advance, or you may donate an item at the gate.  Remember, the event is free and all of the proceeds go to Hospice of the Panhandle.  Members of Hospice will be here to handle all of the donations.  We've had a great turnout in years past, let's continue to make this a successful event, it's for such a good cause!

The bands and merchants involved donate their time to help put on this special event, if you are interested in doing the same please contact Bertha or Jim.  We genuinely appreciate everyone who has helped out in the past, and we want to continue to assist Hospice of the Panhandle in any way we can.  If anyone is interested in helping collect business donations, or if you have any fundraising ideas, we welcome your suggestions.
